The challenge

The approach
A small data centre of roughly 10 server machines was established to host VPS, domains, websites and an IP PBX stack in-house. Bulk SMS and voice broadcasting were integrated so one message can go out over the channel each audience actually uses.
The outcome
Organizations now run their own call routing and mass notification from infrastructure that is locally operated, cost-predictable and integrated with the systems they already use.
