The challenge
Rony IT BD started as a small technical support initiative. Clients kept asking for the same building blocks — billing, inventory, HR, reporting — rebuilt from scratch on every project, which made delivery slow and support expensive.
The approach
Host Tech was formed around a reusable module library instead of one-off projects. Each new requirement became a configurable module in one of 27 categories, so a client system is assembled and tailored rather than written from zero.
The outcome
The library now holds more than 83 modules serving businesses, educational institutions, healthcare organizations and government agencies, with a 16-person team maintaining delivery, hosting and long-term support.
